Which is better Copic or ProMarker?
The Copics are easier to get a good grip on and easy to manoeuvre. They are alcohol-based ink, which is the same as the Promarker, and to be quite honest I feel the inks and the colour range of both brands are really good.

How do you use a blending pen?
Scribble the colors out on the dish and then use the brush end of the colorless blender marker to pick up the color just like you would with paint. Then starting at the shadow area use the blender to color. The tone will get lighter as you go so work from shadow to highlight.
How do you mix Promarkers?
So what you want to do is prepare all the colors you plan to use, then work from the lightest to the darkest color. Use the light color as the base, getting the paper wet. Then, apply the next shade on top. Grab the previous color once more and blend the place where the two colors meet.
How long does a Promarker last?

Ink vibrancy in the Promarkers is great, and ink flow is nice and controlled. The markers put down ink at a good rate without being overly juicy, and the flow is steady despite the markers already being a few years old.
Can you use ProMarkers on parchment paper?
They are suitable to use on almost all surfaces, including paper, card, vellum, acetate, glass, wood, metal and plastic, but if you want to paint on clothes, we recommend to choose markers dedicated to painting on fabric.
What do colorless blenders do?
No. 0 (so-called Colorless Blender) is a clear, alcohol-based solvent which can be used for a variety of purposes such as fading/blending colors, pre-soaking paper, or adding highlights into areas that are already colored. Also No. 0 is great for fixing the coloring mistakes and it pushes the quality of your artwork.
What are blending markers?
These are plastic sleeves where you place the markers together and let their colors blend. Aside from mixing the different colors to create a new one, they also allow you to make a beautiful gradation from one color to another. Do not worry.
