Where is the Redbrand Hideout?
The Redbrand Hideout was originally the crypts beneath Tressendar Manor in Phandalin. A mere two months ago, Iarno Albrek explored the manor and decided to use it as a base to establish his mercenary group, the Redbrands, under the guise of ‘Glasstaff’.
What level should I be for Redbrand hideout?
The recommended level for the Rembrandt Hideout is level 2 and while this can be tough, it is survivable for players who play with some modicum of strategy, stealth and tact.
What happened to Tresendar Manor?
The ancient manor has long been abandoned, but its cellars have been converted into a Redbrand stronghold. If the characters investigate this place, they find the entrance to the Redbrand hideout. The Redbrands’ base in Phandalin is a dungeon complex under Tresendar Manor.

What is Cragmaw Castle?
Cragmaw Castle is a dilapidated and crumbling castle located in the heart of Neverwinter Wood. It received its name from the Goblin tribe that currently inhabits the castle, although they didn’t build it themselves.
Does Kost know where Cragmaw castle is?
Klarg certainly knows where Cragmaw Castle is Their leader is a bugbear named Klarg. He answers to King Grol, chief of the Cragmaw tribe, who dwells in Cragmaw Castle. (The goblins can provide basic directions to Cragmaw Castle. It’s about twenty miles northeast of the Cragmaw hideout, in Neverwinter Wood.)
Why is Hamun Kost at Old Owl Well?
Circa 1491 DR, [note 1] Kost traveled to Old Owl Well to seek out ancient Netherese magic and anything associated with it. He set up camp and his writing desk, and planned to stay here for some time. The necromancer set up camp and summoned twelve zombies to protect him during his search.
Who built the tower at Old Owl well?
Arthindol
The enclave of Quesseer was built nearby, which served as a trading post for the Netherese and nearby demihuman nations until Quesseer’s abandonment in −2095 DR. A watchtower was built by Arthindol at this location to act as an outpost. Old Owl Well remained a strategically important watering hole.
Who built Cragmaw Castle?
Though the castle later took the the name of the Cragmaw tribe in the 15th century DR, it was originally built by a noble wizard of Phalorm, and not the goblinoids. In 1491 DR, [note 1] Cragmaw Castle was the home of King Grol of the Cragmaw tribe, before King Grol was slain by adventurers.
How many goblins are in Cragmaw Castle?

Do the goblins know where Cragmaw Castle is?
