This quest may be picked up from the Pet Trainer in the Vale of the Eternal Blossoms. Just head to your faction capital city – Gentle San for Horde and Sara Finkleswitch for Alliance.

After completing the quest Zen Master Aki, the quest chain for the Pandaren Spirit Tamers will unlock. Completing the initial Pandaren Spirit Tamer quest will allow players to choose one of four pets. It will also unlock the Spirit Tamer dailies, which reward Pandaren Spirit Pet Supplies.

Open with Predatory Strike, which should give you the kill. If not, then Peck until he’s dead. If Skitterer happens to be above 25%, I suggest using Shriek then Peck until he is under 25%, then Predatory Strike for the kill.

If you want a Nether Faerie Dragon of your own, they can be found in Feralas outside of Dire Maul. They spawn as level 11 pets, so be careful not to steamroll them with your level 25s before you can get your trap down.
