- Organic chicken (I used 4 drumsticks and two breasts still on the bone)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon allspice.

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, ground.
- 1 1/4 teaspoon turmeric.
