How long is the SOR 1 exam?
The exams are double the time length (1.5 hours and 3 hours). 2 Unit has all lessons within the normal school timetable while 1 Unit may have some classes before school. Both 2U and 1U SOR have 3 assessment tasks each year (i.e. The number of assessment tasks is the same regardless of whether a student does 1U or 2U).
What is Sor subject?

How do you write a good SOR essay?
Make sure every one starts with a topic sentence which links whatever you will be discussing to the main idea. Be sure to integrate sacred text references at every stage, even when not discussing sacred texts specifically. Prepare quotes for each of the three branches and use them as evidence throughout.
Can you highlight in HSC?
Highlighters may be used to highlight text but NOT during reading time. Liquid paper is not allowed in the exam room.
How much should I write for a 5 mark question?
Aim for a paragraph with 6-8 lines of writing. Remember not to spend too much time on your 5 marker though, as it is worth 12.5% of the marks for a section, and move on to your 10 marker if you spend 2 minutes more on it than you should.
