The Community of Serb Municipalities (Serbian: Заједница српских општина, ЗСО / Zajednica srpskih opština, ZSO), or Association of Serb Municipalities (Albanian: Asociacioni i Komunave Serbe, AKS), is a planned self-governing association of municipalities with a Serb majority population in Kosovo.

Is Kosovo historically Serbian?
After World War II, Kosovo became an autonomous province of Serbia in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (S.F.R.Y.). The 1974 Yugoslav Constitution gave Kosovo (along with Vojvodina) the status of a Socialist Autonomous Province within Serbia.
