Alder (Japanese Name: Adeku アデク) was the Pokemon League Champion in Black and White. These days, he spends his time at his house in Floccesy Town. After defeating the Pokemon League, you can challenge him to a full six on six battle at his house. He can also be found at the Pokemon World Tournament.
How do you beat Alder?
Quickly pummel it with Rock-type Pokemon or moves for 4x damage or Water-, Flying- ones for 2x damage before it gets a chance to use Quiver Dance. Its Special Attack is already through the roof and you don’t want it getting any higher. After what was probably a gruelling fight, Alder’s grandson Benga will rush in.

His pokemon, unlike Cynthias, werent designed to overwhelm the player. But Alder has normal and relatively easy to get pokemon but still managed to be a challenge harder than all the other champions, except Cynthia. He was most like yourself and provided a very fair and fun battle.
