Can I change my SBB ticket?
No, the ticket is only valid for the booked date and time. If you want to use another connection, a new ticket is necessary. We cannot make any changes to your ticket. For a possible refund please contact directly our ticketshop by e-mail: [email protected].
Can I get a refund on a train ticket I didn’t use?
If you’ve been charged a penalty fee or for a new ticket because you didn’t have the rail card used to buy the ticket, present your case to the customer service department of whatever rail company you bought the ticket from and they will refund you. You can only do this once in 12 a twelve month period.
Is the Swiss Pass refundable?
Will my Swiss Travel Pass be refunded in case of illness or accident? Travel passes are only refundable if returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity. If lost or stolen, your travel pass will not be replaced or refunded.
Can you pay SBB fine online?
Please note that the fee rises to CHF 30 after 10 days. You can also pay that fee conveniently online here. Alternatively, you can wait for the invoice from the SBB Revenue Service Centre.
Do I need to print SBB tickets?
Download and printing. You can present your ticket directly on your device (confirmation email, directly in your account on sbb.ch/en/business or also in the SBB Mobile app for some tickets). Alternatively, you can print your ticket out.
Can you reuse an open return?
But provided the conductor doesn’t stamp or mark your return ticket, you should be able to use it again as the next conductor wouldn’t then be able to tell its been used. A ticket barrier may flash up ‘seek assistance’ but 99% of the time they’ll just look at your ticket and open the barrier for you.
What happens if you miss your train?
Speak to the train staff to find out if you can board the next train with your existing ticket, they may advise you to go to the ticket office at the next station to exchange you ticket for a new one, free of charge.
Can you cancel Swiss Travel Pass?
Swiss Travel Pass Package Options Refundable up to one day before ‘valid from’ date. After this date, if the pass has not been used, you can claim for a refund of up to 85% of its value. If the pass has been used in any way, a refund will not be given.
