Tenants at Wyview Park live in the 19 and Over Community. Spring 2022, Summer 2022, Fall-Winter 2022-23, and Winter 2023: The 19 and Over Community is for prior tenants (students who have lived on-campus for a previous Fall and/or Winter semester) and students who turned 19 prior to January 1, 2022.
