What happens if you fail the Royal Navy fitness test?
Personnel who fail the aerobic element of the RNFT are to be placed on a 3 month RT programme. They may retake the test at any time during this period until a pass is recorded. However, continued failure throughout and at the end of 3 months RT will result in a DOs warning and a medical review.
