What does Aspalls cider taste like?
It poured unsurprisingly sparkling, bright golden in colour and has a wine like aroma mixed with green apples. The fizz is fairly short-lived though and looks very mild by the occasional bubbles floating to the top. My initial taste was sweet, crisp, acidic/tangy and then a mildly dry aftertaste.
