I also agree with the Peace Bridge choice. The busiest crossing is usually at the Queenston/Lewiston bridge, so avoid that one if you can. The Rainbow bridge can be hit or miss (as far as traffic is concerned), and The Peace Bridge, except for rare occasions, is usually quieter.
